San Diego Convention Center Finds the Right HCM Destination with SaaS - presented by Jim Jensen and Tom Mazzocco

Thu. September 15, 2011 10:00 am-11:00 PST

A few years ago, The San Diego Convention Center Corporation (SDCC) found itself with a half-dozen different solutions acquired over time to handle its processes for human resources, payroll, talent management, and time and attendance. With only some of them integrated, the convention center was plagued with redundancies, inefficiencies, reporting difficulties, and a lack of data integrity.

The Convention Center transitioned to an end-to-end unified HCM featureset delivered through Software-as-a-Service and today:

•    Has automated HR, payroll, recruitment, time management and performance management using a unified solution provided by one vendor;
•    Has streamlined HR dramatically by going paperless; and
•    Is supporting the company’s award-winning green initiatives.

Please join Tom Mazzocco, VP of HR/Labor Relations for SDCC, who will talk about the HCM solution decision-making process, deployment, and the results in  this webinar. Jim Jensen, VP of Technology from Ultimate Software will shed insight into how SaaS works and why it fit SDCC so well.
