Jan Fretwell, HRIP
Ms. Fretwell is the founder of Beachside Consulting Group, an Encinitas California-based organization dedicated to the effective use of information and technology to support HRM functions. She has years of HRM systems experience and has worked with a numerous organizations to establish implementation approaches to ensure HRM delivery systems are responsive to and supportive of overall organizational goals and business objectives.

Ms. Fretwell has managed numerous HRMS projects and given numerous presentations on project management and project management issues. She is a recipient of the IHRIM Summit Award for contributions in advancing the human resources information management profession and is a certified HR information professional.
