Creating HR Fireworks: When Efficiency and Employee Experience Collide
Tuesday, October 15 2013, 10:00am - 11:00am

Tuesday, October 15, 2013 10:00 a.m. PT

Session Description
Process efficiency has been
a priority for HR organizations, particularly during challenging economic times. However, efficiency by itself will not deliver long-term success. Companies must also consider the employee experience.
This presentation will share how DeVry Inc.’s strategic adoption of HR technologies that deliver improved processes on the front end while driving efficiency on the back has transformed the employee experience, enabled them to get more from their existing systems, and ultimately provided a new service delivery method. Learn how the latest social technologies can be infused into traditional HR scenarios to take the employee experience to the next level.

Who Should Attend:
This session is meant for all levels of HR professionals. It will provide insights into what went into DeVry’s successful approach as they re-invented their HRIS. Attend this session to learn how to evolve your HR strategy on your own terms to impact the employee experience and efficiency, while ultimately delivering higher value from existing HR technology investments.
